The exhibition is divided into three areas: commercial, professional and food. The commercial part will be represented by fifty stalls of cheese and dairy producers who offer over 150 different varieties of this product so important in our diet and that can be produced through different techniques. One can enjoy a wide range of dairy products from fresh milk to ripened cheeses.
There will also be food stalls dedicated to this product, add nuts, craft beer, wines of the DO Pla de Bages and-jam, and several stands of machinery related to the cheese industry.
So that all visitors can taste the cheese that is fair to the center of the promenade will be installed tasting tent, where you can taste the different varieties of a popular price.
The fair, in addition to offering an overview of cheeses and dairy products, is also a platform for business, purchases, sales and consumption. So is the market and festival, with great career prospects, social and playful.
